In-Person and Online Public Involvement: AL-27 Bridge Replacement

Project Overview

Location: Echo (Dale County)

The proposed project is located on AL-27 just northeast of Echo and approximatley 20 miles north of Dothan in Dale County, Alabama. The project proposes to replace the existing bridge with a bridge culvert on AL-27 over Deal Creek. The project in approximatley a quarter mile in length. A detour will be provided from Ozark AL-105 through Skipperville to AL-10 in Abbeville, Alabama. Right of way will be required for construction.
The purpose of this public involvement meeting is to inform the public of the design features for the project. The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) is interested in obtaining input from the people who use this route.

ALDOT is conducting in-person and online public involvement for the proposed project. All comments regarding this project must be submitted on or before August 19, 2022.

INVOLVEMENT MEETING

State of Alabama Department of Transportation will hold a Public Involvement Meeting on Project No. BR-0027(517).

This informal meeting will be held as follows:
